Brady Development Company, Inc. and other lot owners in the Indigo Run Plantation (hereinafter "Brady") appeal the decision of the district court dismissing their complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The district court held that the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 ("FIRREA"), Pub. L. No. 101-73, 103 Stat. 183, §Â§ 101-1404, required Brady to exhaust its administrative remedies before proceeding with this action. As a result of Bradys failure to exhaust its administrative remedies, the district court held that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the case. Finding that the district court was correct in that determination, we affirm.
