(PIAA) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, which entered a preliminary injunction enjoining PIAA from prohibiting Bradley S. Boyle from competing in interscholastic basketball at Geibel Catholic High School (Geibel) during the 1995-1996 school year.
